Delivery Pricing

Delivery pricing is detailed in your shopping basket. Before proceeding to checkout, you will need to specify a delivery country/area, and a delivery rate.
We are a UK based company, and only deliver within the areas of the United Kingdom specified. Currently, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands / Scilly Islands.

Delivery Pricing - Country / Area
 United Kingdom : All mainland postcodes in England, Wales and Scotland (excluding those listed below)
 Scottish Highlands : Scottish mainland postcodes (AB, PH, PA, IV, KW)
 Northern Ireland : Northern Ireland postcodes (BT)
 Isle of Man : Isle of Man postcodes (IM)
 Scottish Islands : Scottish Islands post codes (HS, ZE)

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any orders in which an incorrect delivery area has been selected, as the delivery service may not be available to the actual address, or delivery costs may vary.

Delivery Pricing - Rates
Delivery rates are separated into bands depending on the packaged weight of the total order. Orders placed before 11am (Monday - Friday). are dispatched the same day, and all orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

Economy Delivery : This is a standard 2 to 4 day service from time of dispatch. This service uses Royal Mail 2nd Class for smaller packages and courier services (with tracking where available) for larger packages.

Express Delivery 24/48 : This is a next working day service from dispatch. Orders placed before 11am on a working day are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 11am may not make the overnight service and require an extra day for delivery.

Please note that Express Delivery is only available in the area denoted as United Kingdom, namely all mainland postcodes in England, Wales and Scotland (excluding those listed in the other areas). Express Delivery is not available in the postcodes listed in the areas Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands.

Please not that in all cases, a working day is classed as Monday to Friday only (not including Saturday and Sunday) and excluding all Bank Holidays.


We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and our aim is to deliver a fast and efficient service to all of our customers.
To this end, all orders placed before 11am (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day. All remaining orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
Where possible, orders are also dispatched on a Saturday morning, but in general, dispatch times as well as delivery periods (where stated) refer to working days, and not weekends and bank holidays.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when you place your order, and a further e-mail once your order is dispatched. The dispatch email will include tracking information where applicable and dependent on the postal service used. Please retain your order number, contained in both mails, so you can quote it in any communication.

Postage and Packing

For Economy Delivery, small and light orders are packaged and posted using Standard Royal Mail 2nd Class Letter and Parcel services with rates from £1.50, £2.50, £3.50 and £4.50, depending on size and weight.
Larger orders are packaged and posted using UK Standard Courier services with rates from £3.50 up to 1kg, £4.50 up to 2kg, £7.50 up to 5kg, £9.95 up to 10kg and £11.95 up to 15kg, based purely on the order size and weight.

For Express Delivery (where available), orders are packaged and posted using a UK Standard Next Day* service, with rates from £7.95 for small, light packages and increasing in price depending on size and weight. (*See Express Delivery 24/48 regarding orders prior to 11am only for next day).

In all cases, the relevant charge with regard to delivery postage & packing for the item(s) you order is shown in your shopping basket, and is automatically calculated for your order based on the weight category your item(s) fall in to. (Note: All delivery costs include VAT).

Delivery Times

Economy Delivery is 2 to 4 working days from dispatch*.
Express Delivery 24/48 is a Next Working Day service from dispatch* (only for orders placed before 11am).
*Orders placed before 11am (Monday - Friday) are dispatched the same day, and all orders are dispatched within 1 working day.
(Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Bank Holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days).

Please allow an extra 24/48 hours for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and parts of the Scottish Highlands above the standard delivery times.

Note all UK Delivery excludes the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, P.O Boxes and BFPO addresses.

Any orders placed to any address or postcode other than in the correct country/area as detailed above may not be dispatched within the rates detailed, and also may result in the order being delayed or cancelled. Please ensure the correct country/area is selected for the delivery postcode. Any payments made with regard to an order in an incorrect postal area or via a postal service which is deemed as not available in these notes will refunded, however, we reserve the right to charge a small administration fee on these refunds, if applicable.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 7 working days after the date of delivery you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.
Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or were not described properly) within 7 working days.
If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
